P. John Landry appointed Queen’s Counsel in British Columbia

Congratulations to John Landry who has received the designation of Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in British Columbia.

The Q.C. designation is conferred on members of the legal profession to recognize exceptional merit and contribution to the legal profession. The successful candidates will demonstrate professional integrity, good character and excellence in the practice of law.

Canadian Co-chair of the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations practice, John specializes in complex economic and trade related litigation with emphasis on the international trade, energy, and rail transportation practice areas. He has appeared before all levels of court and regulatory tribunals, including the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, NAFTA Chapter 11 and 19 Panels, British Columbia Utilities Commission, the Manitoba PUB, the Yukon Utilities Board, the National Energy Board, and the Canadian Transportation Agency. John has been recognized as an exceptional litigator by ranking guides Chambers Canada, The Legal 500 Canada, Best Lawyers in Canada and The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
