Elise practices general litigation with an emphasis on employment law, including human rights claims, terminations, occupational health and safety, privacy, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and performance management. Elise also practices in the areas of power, energy, and corporate and commercial disputes.

Elise has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, as well as representing clients in arbitration hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations. 

During her final year of law school, Elise participated in the Intensive Clinical Law Program at CLASSIC (Community Legal Services for Saskatoon Inner City Inc.), providing legal services to individuals who could not afford legal advice or representation. Elise continues to provide pro bono legal advice to low-income individuals in the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Project at the Calgary Courts. 

Elise summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2015.
