Sean Frederick

Sean practises corporate and commercial law with a focus on private ‎mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, commercial real estate, and general corporate commercial matters.  ‎

Sean has acted for clients in the purchase and sale of assets and businesses, debt and equity financings, commercial real estate transactions, and commercial leasing. He also advises on corporate structuring, including joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, and other general commercial arrangements. Sean assists clients across a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas, renewable energy, ‎construction, mining, and financial services.

Sean received his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. Prior to attending law school, Sean ‎obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) also from the University of Calgary.‎
