Hayley Gaucher advises clients and supports senior counsel in all areas of employment, labour, occupational health and safety, human rights and disability law, as well as workplace safety and insurance law.

Hayley has experience preparing materials for a variety of legal proceedings and has assisted with matters before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Superior Court of Ontario.

Prior to receiving her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2015, Hayley obtained a Masters in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (Highest Honours) in Law and Human Rights from Carleton University.

While at Osgoode Hall Law School, Hayley served as a senior editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and competed in a labour arbitration competition. Hayley also participated in the inaugural year of Osgoode’s test case litigation project.

Hayley summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2016.
