Aaron Johnson practises in the areas of employment, labour, privacy, human rights, and business ‎immigration law.‎

Aaron has assisted clients in a broad range of workplace matters, including drafting policies and ‎agreements, assisting in wrongful dismissal and constructive dismissal claims, human rights claims, ‎incidents of workplace harassment and violence, performance management, as well as regulatory matters ‎concerning employment standards, workers’ compensation, and occupational health and safety. ‎

Aaron also has experience advising on privacy law matters, including cyber-incident responses to mitigate ‎potential litigation and reputational risks, information access requests, and other related issues.‎
