Aaron Johnson practises in the areas of employment, labour, privacy, human rights, and business immigration law.

Aaron has assisted clients in a broad range of workplace matters, including drafting policies and agreements, assisting in wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, human rights claims, incidents of workplace harassment and violence, as well as regulatory matters concerning employment standards, workers compensation, and occupational health and safety. He regularly assists senior counsel in all stages of the litigation and dispute resolution process.

Aaron also has experience advising on privacy law matters, including cyber-incident responses to mitigate potential litigation and reputational risks, information access requests, and other privacy compliance issues.

Aaron volunteers as duty counsel at Pro Bono Law Alberta where he provides legal assistance to self-represented litigants in the Provincial Court of Alberta. He summered and articled with the firm prior to joining as an Associate in 2021.
