Stephen Mulrain practises civil litigation, advocacy, employment law and estate litigation.

Stephen assists clients in a wide variety of litigation matters including contract, employment, defamation, negligence, securities, administrative tribunals, and estate matters. Stephen also assists clients with non-litigation employment and estate matters.

He has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the British Columbia Supreme Court and the Alberta Court of Appeal.

Stephen graduated from the University of Calgary in 2007 with a B.A. in History specializing in military and diplomatic studies. He went on to complete his J.D. at the University of British Columbia in 2012.

During his final year of law school, Stephen spent a semester abroad at the University of Sydney Law School. He served as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve with the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada and the Calgary Highlanders.

Stephen joined the firm in 2012 as a student and articled at the firm. He returned as an associate following his call to the bar in 2013.
