Nicole Nazareth practises intellectual property law with a focus on patent, trademark, and ‎copyright ‎litigation.‎

Nicole assists clients on all aspects and stages of their intellectual property disputes including providing ‎‎pre-litigation opinions, drafting court filings, conducting discoveries, and representing clients at court ‎‎hearings, including at trials.‎ While she assists clients in all sectors, she particularly enjoys working on ‎disputes in the life sciences.‎

Nicole ‎also assists ‎clients with regulatory compliance including medical device and natural health ‎product ‎‎licensing, cosmetic notifications, and ‎advertising claims.

Nicole received her J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she was an executive team ‎‎member of the school’s Technology and Intellectual Property Group. While at law school, she earned a ‎‎Certificate in Transnational Legal Studies from the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London, ‎‎England. Nicole also holds a degree in molecular biology and chemistry from the University of Toronto.‎
