Natasha Rana is a member of the firm’s Projects, Energy and Infrastructure group, where her practice ‎focuses primarily on public-private partnership (PPP) projects.‎

Natasha acts for private sector partners, procuring authorities, lenders, principal subcontractors and other ‎stakeholders in connection with PPP projects, and assists with developing bid phase documents and ‎achieving financial close for projects spanning various asset classes across Canada and the US. ‎

In addition to working closely with clients in connection with PPP bids and closings, Natasha regularly ‎assists clients with construction and operational stage matters, including the pursuit of defect and delay ‎claims, changes to corporate structuring and effecting variations. She also advises on secondary market ‎acquisitions and dispositions related to PPP projects. ‎

Natasha earned her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, and has a Master of Science and ‎an Honours Bachelor of Science, both from the University of Toronto. Since joining DLA Piper, Natasha ‎has been actively involved with the firm. She currently serves on the committee of associates, the student ‎recruitment committee, and the diversity and inclusion committee. ‎
