Lauren Storwick practises corporate commercial and securities law with a particular focus on corporate finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions. 

Lauren has experience representing public and private companies across a range of industries. Lauren has experience with business combination transactions, going-public transactions, mergers and acquisitions, take-over bids and corporate reorganizations. As part of her securities practice, Lauren also advises reporting issuers on compliance with continuous disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters.

Lauren obtained her Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Calgary. Prior to attending law school, Lauren attended the University of British Columbia and the University of Calgary to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in History.

Lauren is an active participant in the firm’s pro bono Civil Claims Duty Counsel project, where she assists self-represented litigants in Provincial Court.
