Petar Stoyanov practises in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, employment and insurance law.

Petar assists clients on a wide range of matters involving employment law, privacy, consumer protection, defence against class actions as well as insurance coverage. Moreover, he is routinely asked to assist with corporate due diligence.

Prior to joining our firm, Petar interned at another leading Canadian law firm, in the legal department of a major Canadian food retailer as well as in the legal department of a Canadian Crown corporation. Moreover, he was an editor of the law journal of the Université de Sherbrooke.

Petar holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from McGill University, where he focused on multiple legal issues in connection with the internet, including privacy, media law and consumer protection. He joined the firm in 2021 after completing his articles.
