Erik Thorsteinsson practises general corporate commercial law, with particular emphasis on commercial transactions, corporate organization and restructuring, and business planning.

Erik advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, refinancings, corporate governance and corporate reorganizations. He acts for clients across a broad range of industries including technology, mining, forestry, energy, construction, and food services.

In law school, Erik was involved with the Law Student’s Legal Advice Clinic at UBC, competed at the 2016 BC Law Schools Competitive Moot, and served on the elections committee of the Thompson Rivers University Society of Law Students. Erik also had the opportunity to develop an app for reporting animal cruelty for Animal Justice Canada while in his final year of law school.
