Simon Wells is a partner in the firm’s litigation group. He practises in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution with an emphasis on real property related matters and has specialized expertise in environmental, construction, real property, municipal, forestry and aboriginal law.

Simon obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of British Columbia in 1988. He then obtained an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1992 and served as a Law Clerk at the British Columbia Supreme Court in 1993.

Simon’s practice encompasses:

He has appeared at all levels of the BC Supreme and Federal Court.
