  • Acting for a Chinese technology company in an HKIAC arbitration in relation to disputes arising out of a cooperation agreement for development of online digital platform.
  • Acting for an estate of a deceased Chinese property tycoon in a multi-million HKIAC arbitration in relation to the share purchase agreement.
  • Acting for a Chinese state-owned company in a highly complex LMAA arbitration in relation to termination of various charterparties.
  • Acting for an Indian company on the recognition and enforcement of a SIAC arbitral award in China.
  • Acting for a Chinese businessman in an HKIAC arbitration regarding a series of guarantee arrangement.
  • Acting for a Chinese state-owned company in a dispute against a Ghanaian company concerning various sale and purchase agreements for construction equipment.
