Torkil Høg has vast experience in procurement law, including issues relating to the law of damages in tender proceedings, and he provides advice to both public and private clients in this respect. 

He has conducted a large number of proceedings before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement, including a case in 2015, which was one of the very few to be referred to the European Court of Justice for a preliminary ruling. The topic of his Ph.D., which he obtained in 2007, was issues of damages relating to tender proceedings.

Moreover, Torkil has broad knowledge of EU and competition law and has advised a number of large Danish enterprises and organisations on issues of competition, including the Nykredit Group, the Danish Construction Association, PFA, TDC (the former Danish national telecom operator).

Furthermore, Torkil provides advice within the Pharma & Medico field, focusing particularly on compliance programmes, regulatory affairs and procurement law.

For a number of years, he has been, and still is, a regular legal advisor to the Association of Danish Travel Agents and Tour Operators and has profound knowledge of the legal regulation of the travel industry.
