Since 1997, Sebastian Ingversen has been involved in business transactions, representing major Danish and foreign companies in connection with investments in and the sale and purchase of enterprises in Denmark as well as elsewhere in Scandinavia. He has vast experience in preparing, planning and carrying out due-diligence investigations and he also assists in optimizing and preparing enterprises for sale. In recent years, Sebastian has built up particular expertise in transfers within the energy sector.

Sebastian is solution-oriented, resourceful and an experienced negotiator with profound business sense and, as a result, he often spearheads LETT's transaction team.

Moreover, Sebastian provides advice within company law and commercial law in general, including real estate. In that capacity, he acts, as a key account manager, for a number of LETT's medium-sized and large clients, ensuring consistent as well as strategic advice.
