Keith Bullen advises sponsors and lenders on energy and infrastructure projects. Since moving to the UAE in 2005, he has developed an in-depth understanding of the utilities sector, particularly within the GCC where he has advised on the procurement of first of type projects including the first solar and wind IPP projects in Saudi Arabia and the first solar and hybrid IPP projects in Oman. 

Having advised on all sides of the Having advised procurers, developers and lenders, Keith understand the commercial drivers and regulatory constraints applicable to project participants and seeks to find pragmatic solutions that meet the needs of all sides. 

In recent years, as the GCC has expanded private sector participation beyond the utilities sector, Keith has been increasingly visible in social infrastructure and transport.
