Daniel is a partner in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations Practice based in Dubai. He specialises in contentious construction and engineering matters on behalf of contractors, sub-contractors, employers and professionals in all sectors of the construction and engineering industry including power, civils, building, rail, nuclear, process and mechanical and electrical engineering.

Daniel's experience spans a range of different forums including international arbitration, litigation, adjudication, mediation and other forms of ADR.

Since 2012, Daniel's practice has been based in the Middle East where he has led teams (including cross-office teams) and co-ordinated with clients and experts in complex construction disputes involving multiple issues, typically with a value in the hundreds of millions of dollars (USD).

Daniel is a member of the Society of Construction Law (Gulf) and a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also been named as an 'Accritas Stars' Lawyer for 2019, based purely on independently rated client feedback.
