In recent months, the role of the in-house lawyer has been required to adjust to suit the evolving needs of their organisation with a number of considerations playing a key role within this shift. The WIN Insights Report explores these considerations in detail, allowing you to learn from the experiences of your peers across industries and countries.

The key themes explored within the report include:

  • how organisations have moved and adapted to remote working, including managing the mental health and wellbeing of staff;
  • how legal teams have helped their organisations respond to the pandemic;
  • the role of the in-house legal team in guiding their organisation through to the ‘new normal’ and what this has meant in terms of legal strategy and legal spend; and
  • what the future looks like for the in-house legal team in light of recent changes.

We hope you find the report insightful and welcome your feedback.
