He represents companies, shareholders, creditors and investors on a wide range of legal and judicial procedures, operations in corporate recovery as well as restructuring operations.

Pierre-Alain Bouhenic has developed extensive experience advising distressed companies, from protective measures (mandat ad hoc, conciliation) to insolvency proceedings (safeguard, receivership and liquidation).

His practice also concerns pre-litigation and litigation in acquisition or post acquisition issues including challenged transactions, representations and warranties.

Pierre-Alain also has knowledge of shareholder disputes, including SPAs enforcement and minority shareholders rights (management expertise, misuse of minority powers), and also on director’s liabilities disputes, either in wealthy or distressed companies.
