Edoardo Campo is a Senior Lawyer in the Finance & Projects department and is based in the Rome office.
Edoardo has a deep understanding of the banking and finance sector, with experience in assisting banks, investment funds, asset management companies, financial institution and, more generally, supervised entities. He mainly provides assistance in relation to investment services, the collective management activities and solicitation for investment.
Edoardo's activity mainly focusses on structuring and execution of investment transactions with investment vehicle; setting-up of joint venture and of investment fund for the execution of investment opportunities; assistance to Italian or foreign investors in their investment decisions and in identifying the best possible solutions (also from regulatory perspective); support in the establishment and authorization procedures of different intermediaries and asset management companies; assistance in relation to matters concerning compliance and interactions with the competent Italian Supervisory Authorities (Banca d’Italia, Consob); carrying out activities with reference to collective asset management, banks and investment services issues; ongoing regulatory assistance and advice.
