Trine Hasselbalch

Trine Hasselbalch is head of our Agriculture and foods team. Since being admitted to the Danish Bar in 2005, Trine has specialised in the restructuring of enterprises, including reorganisation and all aspects of insolvency proceedings from the opening of restructuring proceedings, investigation of possibilities for arrangements with creditors to business transfers and bankruptcy proceedings.

In recent years, Trine has dealt with a vast number of agricultural matters, including restructuring of large agricultural enterprises, and has wide experience in dealing with distressed agricultural enterprises, including their operation and the special legal issues relating to charges.

Moreover, Trine advises on contractual relationships and the financing of agricultural enterprises and has a wealth of experience in transferring agricultural enterprises and advising on establishment, ownership structure and ownership transfer.

Trine is also experienced in transferring international agricultural enterprises and serves on boards of directors and farm advisory boards in the agricultural sector.
