Frederik Læssøe-Arendt deals mainly with construction law and dispute resolution, including in particular litigation and arbitration.

Frederik has a wealth of experience in advising both employers and executing contractors, in connection with contract formation but particularly in connection with dispute situations. In addition, he has profound knowledge of handling the taking of evidence, in the form of an expert survey etc.

Furthermore, Frederik has represented a number of private employers and executing contractors in legal as well as arbitration proceedings.

In 2015/2016, Frederik completed an LLM law programme in Comparative & International Dispute Resolution at the Queen Mary University of London concerning only dispute resolution in arbitration proceedings with a particular focus on construction law.
