Ole Laursen

Ole Laursen is especially engaged in minor lawsuits and enforcement as well as debt-collection proceedings. Ole is in charge of planning of modern and cost-loyal procedures as regards conducting enforcement and collection proceedings.

Ole acts for a number of enterprises, organisations and authorities in cases concerning non-paid invoices, charges and fees.

Moreover, he is engaged in general commercial-law matters, including in particular contract law as well as the law of damages and insurance law.

In addition, he is engaged in general administrative-law matters, including public access to documents on public files and the liability of administrative authorities.

Ole is also engaged in minor criminal cases, in particular as regards offences of the Danish Road Traffic Act.

Ole is an experienced lecturer and speaker.
