Mattia Malinverni assists national and international clients as well as public body consortia carrying out consultancy and defense in administrative disputes in the energy, environmental law, construction and town planning sector, with particular reference to litigations relating to environmental issues and waste management, the development of renewable source energy plants, access to public incentive schemes, obtaining permits and the environmental and administrative authorizations required for the running of industrial plants as well as the commencement of damages actions against the public administration and appeals regarding tender processes.

He also assists his clients in general issues related to administrative law, advising on implementation of and compliance with transparency provisions, access to administrative documents and deeds, the inertia of the public administration and self-defense proceedings.

His area of practice also extends to administrative litigation before the Supreme Court of Public Waters, with particular reference to the development of hydropower plants and the competition phase between technically incompatible applications.

He deals with civil litigations related to possessory protection, respect of distances in construction, payment of damages for breach of contract and tort , litigation related to the execution of public contracts.
