Lex Oosterling has experience with a broad range of financing transaction and the restructuring thereof. He is regularly involved in advising national and international banks and financial institutions on a wide range of financial transactions in both domestic and cross-border work. This includes advising clients on all aspects of the structuring, documentation, negotiation and implementation of leveraged, structured and project finance transactions as well as the restructuring of such transactions.

In addition, Lex regularly advises clients on proprietary law (goederenrecht) issues (e.g. the creation and perfection of security rights and the enforcement thereof). This experience with financing transactions is further enhanced by means of various secondments with the legal departments of a branch of an American bank located in Amsterdam, a financial institution in London, DLA Piper in London and a large Dutch Bank where he provided support to a broad range of financing transactions.
