Jan Sandtrø advises clients in technology-related legal issues, and has extensive experience within all areas of technology-law, such as delivery contracts on deliverances of IT-systems, software development projects, outsourcing and complex technology transactions, advising both purchasers and suppliers of IT. Sandtrø has experience within all aspects of the procurement process with regard to outsourcing and procurement of technology, as well as handling all phases of complicated contract processes, including drafting, negotiations, disputes and exits, and assist clients in disputes and litigation with regard to IT-deliverances.

Sandtrø has been involved in a number of major transactions and complex outsourcing and services procurements. As an attorney, Sandtrø has gained broad international and cross-border experience, working with many clients and counter parties located outside the Nordics. He also has considerable knowledge in preparing, implementing and advising on compliance issues, through handling of major corruption investigations in Norway and overseas.
