About

Per Vestergaard Pedersen provides advice and assistance to enterprises and public authorities, in particular within the areas of natural resources (oil, gas and minerals), energy, climate, transport and infrastructure.

Per has many years experience in advising on the exploration, exploitation and transport of oil, gas and minerals as well as offshore activities and international commercial contracts. He is also involved in generation and distribution of energy, renewable energy, environmental matters, climate matters, greenhouse gas emission allowances and emission reduction units (carbon credits) and infrastructure as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR).

He manages legal matters relating to transport, logistics, contracts, liability and compensation as well as insurance. He also provides advice and assistance on public law, constitutional law, the legal affairs of the Greenland Self-Government and the Faroe Islands Self-Government, general issues of commercial law, international law, the law of nations, maritime law and international agreements between states.
