In the first half of 2023, corporate bankruptcy filings reached a 12-year high, and most of these have been in the consumer discretionary and industrials sectors. As a result, consumer goods and retail companies are seeing increased distress within the industry. This session endeavors to give you a roadmap for dealing with distress in the industry, including with suppliers’ and vendors’ distress, and mitigating business risk or bankruptcy filings.
