AI is currently one of the biggest opportunities for business growth and to support clients on this journey we have developed our own methodology to leverage the opportunity AI presents.

We know it can be a challenge to navigate the current regulatory landscape and understand how the technology could work for you and your organisation.

Introducing our AI Academy, we are here to support you in managing these opportunities and to make sure you get the most out of it.

What the academy will cover:

Module 1 – Understand: We will bring you up to speed with the technology, the risks and opportunities it can present.

Module 2 – Scope: Identify options for reviewing how AI is used within your business and determining your risk appetite.

Module 3 – Assess: Obtain guidance on identifying and reporting on the maturity of your current model and undertaking a gap analysis.

Module 4 – Build: Get ideas on how you can establish an effective AI governance structure to manage risk.

Module 5 – Manage: Learn how you can develop a strategy for managing AI-related risk by applying policies and risk management methodologies.

Module one will be held over a two day in person training session at our London office, including a networking dinner in the evening with your peers. The subsequent modules will be delivered virtually over the next few months with a dedicated channel to communicate with us and your group.

The modules aim to provide you with practical insights and tools to help you understand, assess and implement an efficient AI governance framework.

Please note spaces are limited.

We look forward to supporting you on your AI journey.
