Outline: Section 106 Masterclass

Following the success of our s73 masterclass, we shall be taking an in-depth look at planning obligations made pursuant to s106. Trevor Ivory, Pieter Claussen and Jo Ward will look at some of the common mistakes and misunderstandings to be avoided and provide practical tips to make sure your planning obligations are negotiated as quickly as possible without causing problems further down the line. They will also be joined by Gordon Clark who will explore the nuances of the Scottish equivalent obligations made under s75.
