French Civil Code Reform

The French Civil Code, enacted over two centuries ago, has remained unchanged since 1804. As a thought leader, DLA Piper formed a working group with legal think tank, Cercle Montesquieu, in order to analyse, educate, inform and guide businesses through this revolution in French contract law.
