DLA Piper France is supporting Sciences Po Executive Education with their “Executive Master General Counsel” degree program, created in partnership with French legal think-tank Cercle Montesquieu.
Sciences Po Executive Education and the Cercle Montesquieu have teamed up to create an English-French bilingual Executive Master's program for existing and future general counsels of French and international businesses. The Executive Master General Counsel is primarily aimed at top management, legal directors, lawyers and judges with a minimum of 10 years' professional experience and a desire to exercise the function of general counsel for an organization at a strategic level.
As part of our WIN initiative (What In House Lawyers Need - the award winning series of events, tools and forums addressing the technical, commercial and personal aspects of working in-house), DLA Piper France is providing a scholarship to candidates of the Executive Master General Counsel program. In doing so, DLA Piper aims to reinforce the values of training and knowledge transfer in support of the ever increasing strategic function of the general counsel within companies.
The Executive Master runs over 35 days (288 hours) and is built around two main areas: organizational strategy and leadership and managerial practices. The program also explores the major challenges impacting the legal profession in a global sense, in order to understand how organizations can adapt to the ever changing landscape.
