Alexandre Balducci advises French and foreign companies on issues relating to data protection and privacy as well as e-commerce and internet law.

He has experience handling multi-jurisdictional compliance projects relating to European and French data protection and consumer protection regulations (audits, risk analysis, contractual and organizational implementation); counselling on a broad range of transactional matters and issues arising under data protection and internet laws, including online and mobile services, e-commerce, targeted and behavioural advertisement, media law, cyber security, intermediaries’ liability and whistleblowing schemes.

His experience includes drafting and review of privacy policies, cookie policies, terms of use and intellectual property licensing agreements. He also has experience in advising on security incidents and data breaches, drafting and negotiation of commercial and IT agreements (licensing, outsourcing, SaaS, integration, cloud), as well as in the enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademark infringement and unfair competition.
