Tiphaine Caulier advises French and foreign companies on issues regarding data protection and privacy as well as intellectual property law.

She has experience handling multi-jurisdictional compliance projects relating to European and French data (audits, risk analysis, contractual and organizational implementation); counselling on a broad range of transactional matters and issues arising under data protection and internet laws, including e-commerce, targeted and behavioural advertisement, media law, cyber security, intermediaries’ liability and whistleblowing schemes.

Her experience includes drafting and review of privacy policies, cookie policies, data retention schedules, terms of use and intellectual property licensing agreements.

She also has experience in the enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademark and copyright infringement and unfair competition.
