  • Advising Boost & Co Limited/Growth Lending 2020 on its first Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan scheme (CBILS) securitisation in its capacity as originator and servicer.
  • Advising Natwest Markets as the senior funder in respect of a EUR400 million Securitisation Regulation compliant transaction, comprising of factoring, reverse factoring, and SME loans, originated by Finalbion, a Spanish fintech platform.
  • Advising Ares European Loan Management LLP as collateral manager in respect of the issuance of notes by Ares European CLO IX B.V., Ares European CLO X B.V., Ares European CLO XI B.V., Ares European CLO XII B.V. and Ares European CLO XIII B.V.
  • Advising Keller Group plc in respect of the refinancing of its existing credit facilities via entry into a new syndicated revolving credit facility for GBP375 million, provided by a syndicate of eight financial institutions to borrowers within the Keller Group spanning eight jurisdictions.
  • Advising Pemberton Asset Management on the acquisition financing provided to HIG European Capital Partners regarding its acquisition of the Corona Corporate group.
  • Advising a German bank on UK tax structuring for the proposed expansion of its operations into the UK.
  • Advising Banco Santander on the financing of a portfolio of subsidy-free solar projects in the UK.
