Fabienne Panneau joined DLA Piper in 2010. With her team of three associates, she leads the litigation practice of the IPT department. Drawing on her experience and in-depth expertise in procedural and judicial strategy, she advises and assists her clients mainly in the distribution and new technologies sectors and assists them in all related litigation (contractual relations, restrictive competition practices, misleading and unfair commercial practices, unfair competition, IT projects, Internet, liability of technical intermediaries, software counterfeiting).

Fabienne’s clients enjoy her pragmatism, ingenuity and creativity.

Fabienne’s capacities cover alternative dispute resolution methods, which she implements on a regular basis. In particular, she has followed the CMAP training course for inter-company mediation, reinforcing her skills in assisting her clients in mediation procedures.

She speaks at seminars and training sessions and regularly publishes articles.

Fabienne is also co-responsible for the Pro Bono practice and community involvement of the Paris office of DLA Piper.
