DLA Piper’s Frankfurt office has moved to the WINX Tower, a landmark building right by the river Main, in the centre of Frankfurt’s banking district. DLA Piper occupies the six top floors (22nd to 27th) as well as the roof terrace on the 28th floor. The new office covers 6,000 sq. ft. and is located at Neue Mainzer Strasse 6-10.
The 110metre-tall WINX Tower is the tallest building in the MainTor Quarter. With its 42,000 sqm and striking shape serves as riverfront gateway to Frankfurt's financial district downtown. Due to its butterfly-shaped outline, the building stands out and shapes the appearance of MainTor-Quarter.
Dr Burkhard Führmeyer, DLA Piper’s Office Managing Partner in Frankfurt, says: "This is a very exciting time for the firm. We have achieved considerable growth in Frankfurt over the recent years. The WINX Tower provides a fantastic platform for our future development.”
Dr Benjamin Parameswaran, DLA Piper’s Managing Partner in Germany, adds: "Like the office at Alter Wall, which we recently moved into in Hamburg, this location emphasises DLA Piper's determination to combine local expertise and international presence at central business locations. We look forward to welcoming our clients to our new home.”
