Dr Bernd Borgmann advises company clients for 20 years and is experienced in all aspects of German and European employment law, in particular in critical situations such as collective bargaining and collective procedures. He also deals with compliance, employment litigation and employer-related social security issues.

His work covers matters in employment-related data protection regulations; he was involved in many (trans-border) data protection projects in employment contexts, such as setting up international skill databases or exchanging HR data in a matrix organisation.

Bernd further regularly advises on executive or group immigration procedures.
