Dr. Thomas Gädtke has long-standing experience in the fields of litigation and arbitration proceedings, both nationally and internationally.

He focuses on advising and representing companies in complex commercial lawsuits in the areas of commercial and corporate law (incl. post-M&A), directors’ and officers’ liability (D&O), banking and capital markets law as well as insurance law. In this context he acts for clients from the banking, insurance, automotive and technology sectors, among others.

A further focus of his work is representing companies in banking law disputes, as well as in class actions relating to capital markets law (prospectus liability).
