Verena Grentzenberg has over nine years' experience advising national and international companies on all aspects of data protection law. Her clients belong to various sectors, namely media, payment services, pharmaceutical companies, retail businesses, direct marketing.

Verena focuses on advising new business models (especially in the online sector, including social media), global transfers of employee and customer data, CRM projects, cloud computing solutions and other contractual arrangements with service providers. She also advises credit assessment systems, whistleblower hotlines as well as Binding Corporate Rules and carries out data protection audits.

Verena is also engaged in IT law including contract drafting for major projects as well as unfair competition law.
