Dr Ulrike Grübler focuses on Soft IP with an emphasis on trademark and design law, domain names as well as copyright law. She has particular expertise in the development and enforcement of national and international brand strategies and the handling of brand portfolios.

Ulrike advises brand owners on the full lifecycle of their brand including strategic advice, availability searches, application, opposition and other official procedures e.g. before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the German Federal Patent Court (BPatG) as well as on licensing and co-existence agreements. Another focus of her work is the enforcement of IP rights. She is a skilled IP litigator and has vast experience in relation to look-alike and counterfeit cases as well as customs seizures and anti-cybersquatting/anti-piracy in general.
