AssociateKatja-Maria Harsdorf advises and represents clients in national and international proceedings before civil courts, especially in injunction proceedings. She focuses on litigation in fair trading law, press law, gambling law, as well data privacy litigation and commercial litigation.

Prior Experience
Before joining DLA Piper as an associate, Katja-Maria Harsdorf gained experience during her traineeship in trademark law in a renowned international commercial law firm in Hamburg and in copyright law in a copyright chamber at the Hamburg Regional Court. She also worked at the Federal Cartel Office in Bonn and at the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations in New York.
