Wolfgang Jäger has over 12 years' experience in advising top international banks and industry clients on complex commercial litigation or arbitration matters and in the coordination of trans-national litigation teams in cross-border litigations or arbitrations (USA, England, Switzerland, South Africa, Austria and Korea).

Wolfgang's key practice area is fraud litigation, meaning the pursuance of damages claims based on perpetrators' torts in Germany and (of course in cooperation with foreign counsel) in other countries, regularly combined with attachment proceedings (Arrestverfahren), preliminary injunctions (einstweilige Verfügungen) and comprehensive enforcement activity.

Further practice areas are international arbitration (ICC, DIS), for example typical post M&A arbitration in order to pursue representations and warranties under Stock Purchase Agreements, as well as product liability cases or disputes on contractual matters, regularly including questions of international private law.
