Natalie Yerlikaya's practice focuses on banking regulatory and investment law / asset management. She also covers the FinTech sector.

In addition to product planning and classification under CRR II, BRRD II, SRMR II, the banking supervisory law advice includes strategic financial group planning as well as the establishment, acquisition and transformation of credit and financial services institutions. The area of investment law includes fundamental questions of investment and structural planning (e.g. platforms) as well as expert opinions in the case of investments by insurance companies and pension funds (Solvency II, AnlV). A particular focus in the context of legal advice is on the area of DLT/blockchain/digital assets and artificial intelligence.

Natalie Yerlikaya teaches as a guest lecturer in the "Digital Legal Officer" course at the University of Liechtenstein and is part of the BAI "Tech-Arbeitskreis" working group.

Natalie participated in the DLT Talents Program of the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center in spring 2021.
