His main areas of practice are capital market transactions and complex private and public mergers and acquisitions. He works with domestic and international clients as well.
András has advised several equity capital market transactions and has gained significant experience in public M&A matters. He has been involved in several listings, mandatory takeover offers and IPOs, as well as other special, capital markets law related transactions.
He has also advised many complex domestic and international private M&A deals on the seller and on the buyer side as well. András has gained significant experience in the banking sector, he was part of the core legal team advising the merger of Budapest Bank, MKB Bank and Takarékbank, one of the biggest mergers in the Hungarian banking sector in recent years. For this transaction DLA Piper Hungary was awarded with the prestigious 2020 CEE Deal of the Year Award in Hungary.
András also has experience in project management and has been involved in several matters related to corporate reorganisation.
