Martijn van Wanroij focuses on EU and trade law in a broad sense, advising clients with respect to European and Dutch competition law, state aid, public procurement and various regulatory matters. Martijn also regularly advises on trade and export restrictions, and assists in obtaining export licences. Martijn acts for both private and public sector clients.

Martijn has broad experience with competition investigations and merger notifications and he has represented clients in competition cases before the Dutch competition authority (ACM), the European Commission and before specialized bodies like the Dutch Committee of Procurement Law Experts.

In relation to all aforementioned fields, Martijn represents clients in administrative and judicial appeals as well as in civil litigation..
