Dóra Bocskov-Szabó joined DLA Piper Hungary's Intellectual Property and Technology Group in April, 2014.

Her main area of expertise is Labour and Employment Law including, among others, termination of employment, mass dismissals, disguised employment, employee transfer, damages claims, labour and employment law related data protection matters, HR related compliance and due diligences. She also has a wide range of knowledge of the fields of business process outsourcing and general commercial matters. She has more than 10 years of experience of these fields. She is also regularly involved in multijurisdictional and cross-border labour law related matters.

Dóra has also first-rate experience both in contentious and non-contentious labour dispute resolution matters. She regularly represents clients in a wide range of labour law related litigation matters including, inter alia, unlawful termination, damages and non-competition claims.
