The latest event in our Speaker Series focused on the Right Strategy for the New Normal: Effective Supply Chain and Risk Management. Caoimhe Clarkin, Horace Lam and Mark Rasdale (DLA Piper) were joined by leading economist, Professor Stephen Kinsella, for a discussion on the impact of a transformed economic and business environment on international supply and demand. Stephen considered why, in this era of disintegration and demand disruption, your position in the supply chain is everything and how Ireland’s economy is different. Horace identified some key themes we are seeing in supply chain management globally. Caoimhe and Mark analysed some common supply chain ‘pinch points’ and shared some insights on how best to strategically manage them.
