She has extensive experience in data protection matters, providing clients with day-to-day assistance on data processing obligations, identifying legal issues and risks related to business operations and ensuring compliance with privacy requirements, including among others CCTV and employee monitoring, technical and organisational security measures, and cross-border transfers.

Giordana also provides large multinationals with assistance on e-commerce and consumer law initiatives, gambling and gaming matters, and on projects relating to e-Health and telemedicine.

She writes articles on the relevant subjects for specialized publications and sector-related blogs and co-authored a book on data protection. She also holds seminars and conferences on data protection and cybersecurity matters.
