Renata Farias Araujo

Renata Araujo assists in corporate and consumer law litigation with a particular focus on civil liability. She advises on contracts, material and non-material damage, financial institution operations, insurance and consumer complaints.

Renata is experienced in case law and writing memoranda within the litigation, corporate, real estate and consumer class action spaces. She has assisted in monitoring and supervising litigation cases, analyzing contingencies, drafting petitions and appeals, preparing legal reports related to civil law and judicial courts, and revising agreements.
